Everyday man sleeping schedule day 1…. AGAIN


After a 3 weeks or so hiatus, I am back on doing the everyday man sleeping schedule. The reason I took a break? …. The znoozbutton and I were very fond of each other.

After a little over a week I had gone back to nine to twelve hours of sleep, and I znoozed for six to nine hours PER DAY! Then I caught a cold so a figured it’s better to just drop it until I’m healthy again and start right over.

Yesterday I did go to bed slightly early, 2 instead of half past 2. I put my phone (which is my alarm) on the other end of the room so I would have to leave my bed. Then I slept for around 3,5-4 hours. I’m not completely certain if it took me half an hour or just some minutes to fall asleep, I don’t remember anything. And I’m cold as hell, which I of some reason get when I’m up early in the morning.

Just as last time when I started this off, I don’t feel sleep deprived this first day, though I am a little bit cold and my body (especially my hands) ¬†feels slightly dry (or maybe swollen).

I must remember to take my naps on time, as I did tend to forget it during the last days when I started to sleep in more. I noticed that I had missed one nap with fifteen minutes and I were like “Naah, I’ll just skip this one and take a longer one later.” And then that later one became the same thing, and so on.

This time I need more discipline on myself. At least I have gotten up from the bed in time, even though my brain was screaming ZNOOOOOZ!!!
Drank a glass of ice cold water and now I’m sitting here with some juice. I hate juice. It doesn’t taste bad, nor does it taste very good, and it makes my whole body shiver when I drink it. Which makes it the perfect wake up drink.

Now I shall go and terrorize my friends with “YAY I WOKE UP IN TIME” texts and hopefully I wake someone up. I just feel like being annoying to someone :3 (Probably won’t do it though, would feel too embarrassing)
